Top Tips

1. Nominate a mental health champion
2. Book them on a mental health first aider course
3. Create a less formal space for conversation e.g. a relaxing breakout area.
4. Look at your lighting, can you make the space brighter and more open?
5. Could you introduce any schemes to support good mental health e.g. gym membership, a self-care hour or flexible working.
6. Organise a team away day.
